How to Register With Google AdSense

Google’s AdSense advertising program offers a way to bring extra revenue into your existing business’ cash flow by placing ads on your company website. Google analyzes your website content and determines which ads would best interest your audience; then Google places those ads on your website. AdSense participants are generally paid a small fee every time a visitor clicks an ad.

Step 1

Visit the Google AdSense Program Policies Web page. Review your website for violations of the policies and remove them.

Step 2

Visit the Google AdSense sign-up page and sign in with your existing Google account.

Step 3

Enter the full URL of your website’s home page into the box labeled “I will show ads on.”

Step 4

Select the language your website’s content is in using the drop-down list box labeled “Content language.”

Step 5

Put a check mark in the box indicating that you agree to abide by Google AdSense Program Policies.

Step 6

Click the “Continue” button.

Step 7

Select your country or region of residence from the drop-down list.

Step 8

Select business as the type of account you want.

Step 9

Type the business name, address and phone number and enter your name in the “Contact” field.

Step 10

Select how you heard about Google AdSense from the drop-down list.

Step 11

Click “Submit My Application.”

Step 12

Wait to be contacted by Google with a decision. It usually takes two to three business days.
